Hi I Have Always Had A Pretty Normal Period And

Hi I have always had a pretty normal period and normal flow .the last couple of months my period hasn't been coming properly I now only get tiny spots for the first 3 days and then comes as normal for the rest of the time but I am also in a lot more pain then I ust to be in .if you could help I would appreciate it ..thanks
