Hi, I Have Always Had Very Tight Foreskin And Used

Hi, I have always had very tight foreskin and used to have problems withdrawing the foreskin. As I master bated more I was able to withdraw the foreskin easy enough to see the head but it was still tight and would never stay retracted on its own. If i masterbated for too long and too hard I notice my foreskin gets very sore and sometimes little cuts/tears appear around the foreskin. These used to scab over sometimes aswell and the foreskin would go very dry and loose but would disappear after a week. I haven't had this in a while as I have learnt not to go as hard. However I have noticed recently me getting small white blisters around my foreskin over the past couple of months. Normally little things like this just disappear but I am starting to worry if they are goin to scar me. I've had unprotected sex with a girl a few months ago but these symptoms didn't appear until a month after that.
