Hi, I Have An 11 Year Old Daughter Who Is

Hi, I have an 11 year old daughter who is suffering from chronic pain in the lower right quadrant, it is made worse with movement, especially car rides and running/exercise. Nothing relieves the pain, although a combination of paracetamol and iobrufen can help. She does not like the area to be touched. It is very localised to one specific area and is not moving around. It is just below the bellybutton and slightly to the right. Bloods all normal, but persistant white cells in the urine without any bacterial growth. When her pain increases (this is happening a bit) I can sometimes feel pockets of air (feels like I am popping bubble wrap). The pain never goes away. Can you help please,
