Hi, I Have An 11 Yr Old GSD Who Is

Hi, I have an 11 yr old GSD who is currently suffering from a URT infection which is being treated with antibiotics and he now appears to have developed lip fold pyoderma, especially on the rt side, accompanied by heavy drooling on that side. Does this sound like something that typically occurs with a URT infection? (His vet is currently out of town which is why I am searching for info online)
