Hi! I Have An IUD In For Birth Control! I

Hi! I have an IUD in for birth control! I had never had cramps before when I was getting my period and now with the iUD it gets a little bad when I have to poop. And I went in to my gynocologist and she said that it's fine and in place and all. And my period got lighter and lighter month by month and apparently that's normal as well. And now I am having those cramps and right after a big one I will discharge clear stuff and it's like almost watery. I don't know if that is what normally happens when I am about to get my period and I am wondering if it's normal because I tried to look it up and all of this stuff came up about pregnancy, but I have an IUD so that's less likely but I don't know. Help!!!
