Hi I Have An Abscess In My Left Upper Tooth

Hi I have an abscess in my left upper tooth with swelling in my face. I've been on amoxicillin since Thursday afternoon, 3x a day. My pain has gone way done and I'm seeing a dental surgeon tomorrow for a consult on having the tooth pulled. I all if a sudden have a lot of pain in my left upper arm and I'm wndering if it could be related?
