Hi I Have An Abscess Under A Tooth That Had

Hi I have an abscess under a tooth that had a root canal done years ago. I started antibiotics about 35 hours ago. I'm also on pain killers. I'm a bit concern about worsening symptoms. I have a significant swelling on my jaw and feel sore from my ear to that side of my throat. It hurts to open my mouth fully in the joint of my jaw. Also I can now see swelling on the outside of my gum. Anything I should be worried about
