Hi, I Have An Appointment Scheduled To See My Neurologist

Hi, I have an appointment scheduled to see my neurologist after having my first MRI. My GP gave me a copy of the MRI results and I have a lot of questions. I have been having MS like symptoms for about 2 years now. My question is, what does the first part of my MRI results mean? I haven't been diagnosed with anything yet.
