Hi, I Have An Autistic Grandchild Complaining Of A Sore

Hi, I have an autistic grandchild complaining of a sore throat saying that he has a harsh throat. He has no fever, the mother says, but like I said he is autistic and being sick he snorts (I am not sure of the spelling - I am french) and it hurts. He is 15 and normally has a strep throat problem at least twice a year. What can be done until he is able to see a doctor. Thank you so much
