Hi, I Have An Earwax Impacted Ear Canal, And While

Hi, I have an earwax impacted ear canal, and while I have intended to have the wax removed, I went swimming in a lake Saturday and developed a mild infection.
I had some lemon essential oil and put a drop or two in my ear early this morning.
Needless to say I caused myself no little amount of pain that has only slightly diminished now about 11 hours later.
The ear is inflamed and there is significant hearing loss as well as ringing in my ear.
