Hi, I Have An Enlarged Spleen 18.1 Cm. It Says

Hi, I have an enlarged spleen 18.1 cm. It says it was that enlarged in 2009 when I had a ct scan. I am always slightly anemic and my red blood cells are always enlarged. I had a bone biopsy many years ago to make sure that it wasn't cancer.I frequently have pain in the upper left quadrant and it wraps around my side but the Dr said constipation which I believe but I always feel bloated. I'm in stage 2 kidney failure which is thought to be brought on my the drug lithium which.was discontinued.
Any thoughts?
