Hi, I Have An Intevaneous Sedation Surgery In The Morning

Hi, I have an intevaneous sedation surgery in the morning to get my wisdom teeth pulled. It says not to have any marijuana/alcohol intake 24 hours before the surgery, but can I? I smoke almost everyday and I'm going through a break up right now as well and really feel like need to either smoke marijuana or have a couple of drinks. Can I do this? How bad will it effect me? I feel like if I just smoke weed the surgery will go fine. Thank you.
