Hi, I Have An Occasional 'racing' Pulse And Today I

Hi, I have an occasional 'racing' pulse and today I have a hollow feeling throat and upper chest, no pain. i have a light cough which is left over (i believe from a recent cold). do you have any ideas on what this is, should i see my doctor urgently? i did feel stressed this morning on the train and wonder if this is a possible reason for the hollowness. thanks D
