Hi. I Have An Open Red Sore On My Butt

Hi. I have an open red sore on my butt cheek with one raised bump next to it like a pimple. I am not sure what it is but it looks like there was another one near it before that scarred. It has clear fluid on it and it burns when you touch it. I'm an athlete so I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it. Do you know what it would be?
