Hi, I Have An Suddenly Experiencing Heavy Sweating And Trembling

Hi, I have an suddenly experiencing heavy sweating and trembling that just come out of now where. through out the day and especially at night. almost to the point that I feel like I am going to pass out. this started about 2 weeks ago. I have a check up on the 29 of February but not sure if I shod wit that long
