Hi I Have Anal Fissure For Last Two Months Which

Hi I have anal fissure for last two months which was confirmed by a doctor with just primary investigation.I guess d fissure is healing because I can pass stool without pain but mild irritation was there but now I feel that inside near the fissure I hv a some kind of boil.it is starting to irritate more and have mild fever too.My age is 42.and I am a male.what problem it can be ..is it abscess or something like that.wt should I do
