Hi! I Have Arthritis In The Back, And When I

Hi! I have arthritis in the back, and when i pass a stool, i feel a swelling of the muscle in my back, which runs down my thigh, and have pain while sitting and standing. Celebrex helps and reduces the swelling. But how often can i take celebrex? My dr has prescribed me panadol osteo, but it doesnt do much for me. Thanks.
