Hi. I Have Bad Early Onset Osteoarthritis. The Cartilage On

Hi. I have bad early onset osteoarthritis. The cartilage on both knees is worn out from 18 yrs of jogging combined with arthritis in both knees. I have a spur on my L knee and it gave out on me yesterday and I have swelling and pain. Also have sacroiliac joint dysfunction with arthritis on my spine. What do you recommend for treatment. I was put on Disability one year ago and have no insurance. Thank you.
