Hi I have been and had a exray on my knee results came back as their is a mild spiking of the tibial spines and slight narrowing of the medial compartment joint space my right knee is very painful .doctor then sent me to see a sports therapist who said it was my muscle in my knee that was causing the pain I now don't no what to think
