Hi I Have Been Applied Clobetamil Cream In My Face

Hi I have been applied clobetamil cream in my face more than year, if stop to apply the cream in my face became dark then again continue to apply the cream my face become bright but I not get any redness
Could you please suggest me can I continue to use clobetamil cream in my life time?
