Can I Start Taking Tranexamic Acid 3 Times A Day Now When I Ve Been Bleeding With Clots For 8 Months And Primolut-N Hasn T Helped?

Hi. I have been bleeding for 8 months. With big blood clots coming out every other week and spotting in between periods but bleeding has not stopped. I have taken primolut n 5mg, 3x a day for 10 days. But it has not stopped the spotting. Now the heavy clots have come back. Can I take tranexamic acid 3x a day right away? Thanks.
