Hi, I Have Been Coughing A Lot Since Having A

Hi, I have been coughing a lot since having a cold a few days ago. Since yesterday, when I couldn't stop coughing after something going down the wrong way, I had extreme pins & needles and pain starting at the base of my spine, radiating up to my left shoulder and down my left arm to my hand. It is now happening almost every time I cough and is getting more & more painful and the pain stays longer in my left arm.
