Hi I Have Been Dealing With Dizziness, Partial Numbness Pins

Hi I have been dealing with dizziness, partial numbness pins needles in my legs and pressure in my head. My balance is off what I mean by that I feel like I am walking on a cloud strange. I don't fall but it feels like the floor is not there. I have had MRI it was normal and they cant seem to find what is causing this. Please help
