Hi, I Have Been Dealing With What Started Out With

Hi, I have been dealing with what started out with one swollen lymph node in my left axilla. This was Dec 19, went to primary, was put on keflex, after 3 days of antibiotic site became more swollen and hot. A rehash also developed on left arm. Swollen redness around old scratches with bubbling. No itching or burning but did hurt to touch. Was taken off keflex as they said I was having a reaction to keflex. Put on second antibiotic, ultrasound completed found a total of 3 masses in left axilla none were fluid filled. Diagnosed with abesesses appointment with general surgeon scheduled. Since then(about 6-7 days) various joint have become extremely painful. Left shoulder, left elbow, left and right hands and right knee. At the same time another mass has presented next to left elbow, ping pong size hard, not warm very, very sore. No labs have been done. Would love your opinion. Thank you.
