Hi, I Have Been Diagnosed With Genital Warts 2 Months

Hi,
I have been diagnosed with Genital warts 2 months before. I am a 23 years old boy. And my doctor is treating it with GLIZIGEN spray thrice a day and Tablet ACROTAC 25mg. Is it effective ? I want to know that. And will it go for forever or it may comeback ? I have multiple warts.
And one more disease I have Scabies for that I was told to use "Permite 5%v/v" lotion/cream for overnight and given some tablets over a week. Initially I thought It has gone but now it has come back. I used that Permite lotion 2 times. And as a home remedy I am using Neem oil + Olive oil on daily basis all over the body which is actually effective. But not getting complete relief from itching on back and legs. Do I use again that "Permite cream" to kill the mites or should I wait till Neem oil gives complete relief?
