Hi. I Have Been Diagnosed With Influenza B, Which Started

Hi. I have been diagnosed with Influenza B, which started 9 days ago. My obvious symptoms such as cough have gone but I have aches, very little energy and am tired. I am 74, with cardiac condition (4 x CABG in 1991, plus 1 stent in 2006). How long do I have to be very careful ? Regards Paul
