Hi, I Have Been Diagnosed With Fybromyagia, Osteoarthritis, And Cervicalgia

Hi, I have been diagnosed with fybromyagia, osteoarthritis, and cervicalgia and stenosis. I am in excruciating pain every day and I would like to know how to get a prescription for a power chair. My arms and legs feel very heavy. They feel like I'm carrying heavy weights. I have carpol tunnel in both Hands and arms. I can not walk for a length of time and if I do, I ache and swell and then, I'm out of commission for a few days.
I was looking on this sight due to asking my doctors, what does it mean when your arms and legs feel very heavy or weighted? I was also diagnosed with vertigo and am not being treated for it, although I was diagnoised by a specialist and sat in a spinning chair.
