Hi I Have Been Diagnosed With H Pylori.i Have Started

Hi I have been diagnosed with h pylori.i have started the two week treatment last Wednesday ie seven days ago.i have had in five weeks a period and spotting for almost a week also. I have had swabs done they came back normal I have had an ultrasound also normal I don't use any pills or devices. No history of polystic ovary syndrome, can the bs potting occur due to body being under stress ? Or due to h pylori itself? I went to see gp and gynaecologist but they are not sure what it could be
