Hi. I Have Been Diagnosed With High Levels Of Pus

Hi. I have been diagnosed with high levels of Pus and Epithelial Cells. And despite all my LFTS being remarkably perfect I have been screened with a mildly enlarged Liver at 160 mm. Could this enlargement have been caused by the high levels of Pus and Epithelial Cells in the range of 8-10? Plzzzźz. ..advise.
