Hi, I Have Been Diagnosed With Neurogenic Thoracic Outlet Syndrome

Hi,

I have been diagnosed with neurogenic thoracic outlet syndrome with associated symptoms but also have a vein in my right armpit that bulges sometimes to almost golf ball size. Ultrasound has confirmed it is a vein but the doctor thinks it's unrelated to TOS (more like a varicose vein) as ultrasound study showed blood flow is fine. The specialist also said she'd never seen a bulging axillary vein. Could there be another cause of the bulging vein and would it require treatment?
