Hi. I Have Been Diagnosed With Nuerally Mediated Syncope With

Hi. I have been diagnosed with nuerally mediated syncope with mixed cardiiinhibitory and vasodepressor component. My no is labile. It has been from 50/42 heart rate of 32 to 198/88 heart rate of 98.
I'm concerned about the fluctuation.
Ekg shows normal everything but it notes qtc of 417ms. What does this mean?
I also have PVCs. Sometimes every other heart beat usually every fourth beat
Diet and exercise is all I've been given and it's really not helping as I've been doing most of it prior to diagnosis.
