Hi, I have been diagnosed with spinal stenosis, and have a narrowing of the bone. I apparently am down to only 3mm opening on the 4-5 in my neck. My right side is numb and tingling, and my bowls and bladder seems to start to be impacted from this. I have pain in my hip/leg when walking. what are my options?
