Hi, I Have Been Diagonised With Chronic Gastritis (Bile Reflux)

Hi,
I have been diagonised with chronic gastritis (Bile reflux) last year.
Since then I have improved significantly with my doctor putting me under the following medication (Pariet,Intepsin and itopride tablets),however the symptoms are not complately gone.In the last few weeks I have started feeling again abdorminal pain with lose stools .I have as well observed some signs of hermoroid infection in my anal area.Please advice
