Hi I Have Been Drinking Around 6 Beers And Heavily

Hi I have been drinking around 6 beers and heavily smoking cigarettes. I was trying to fish something out of a dumpster after mistakenly throwing away something I needed. I felt a wasp fluttering near my right arm dropped everything and ran. I know I am allergic to bee stings and through consumption I am concerned my dulled senses may not be alerting me. My right arm and hand seem swollen and said arm feels heavy. But I cannot detect the the sting mark.
