Hi, I Have Been Excessively Sweating When Not Even Active.

Hi, I have been excessively sweating when not even active. Including while asleep. Constant diarrhea, cold shivers, and feeling feverish without running a fever. I may have been stung by something on my finger. It swelled up pretty big until I was able to remove something that felt "splinter-ish" and there is still what looks like a blister left behind.
