Hi, I Have Been Experiencing A Fluttering Feeling In My

Hi, I have been experiencing a fluttering feeling in my chest for the past week. I can go hours without anything and then I can also go hours where it happens often. I started checking my pulse and have noticed that when the fluttering happens my pulse skips a beat. Other than that I feel fine but I do have stents in my chest from a mild heart attack. Should I be concerned?
