Hi I Have Been Experiencing A Lump At The Base

Hi I have been experiencing a lump at the base of my throat where my collarbone and larynx is. It's there when I eat and also when I am not eating. It's been there going on three weeks. I have had belching and fullness also. Can't burp. How can I stop this. It came on suddenly. I was fine thank you!
