I have been experiencing a pain in the left side of my chest/inner shoulder blade that occurs when inhaling deeply or moving. After about a week of this a gaggy type cough started mostly resulting in emptying the contents of my stomach. Now on exhalation there is a point where my breath seems to be involuntarily forced out with a bearing down motion and sound, on the 4th or 5th time a cough follows and at times seems very deep.
