Hi I Have Been Experiencing A Sharp Pain Under My

Hi I have been experiencing a sharp pain under my left shoulder blade when ever I drink cold fluid. Almost feels like I can feel the fluid drain through underneath my shoulder blade. It is sore constantly but when I drink the fluids that is when the pain becomes sharp. I am not sick, no fever, no stomach pains. What could be causing this sharp pain?
