Hi I Have Been Experiencing A Sore Shoulder Blade Right

Hi I have been experiencing a sore shoulder blade right side the last few days - kinda comes and goes . I also recently have been smoke free for the last 12 days . Could this pain be related to the body trying to heal ? It hurts to take a deep breathe when I stand up straight . If I hunch over it doesn't hurt at all .
