Hi, I Have Been Experiencing Bad Headaches And My Eye

Hi, I have been experiencing bad headaches and my eye sight is becoming worse. My eye vision does not always bother me. Mostly when my office light is on and I am looking at the computer screen and then switch to looking at paper work. I feel like there is something heavy in my head. Just feels cluttered inside. I am a paranoid person and I read those are signs of a brain tumor but I'm no doctor and I have no time to go to the doctor so I just need some kind of reassurance. I do not have seizures or anything else such as that. Just my headaches that occur 4 or 5 times a week. Sometimes they are migraines and my vision is blurry. Also, it's hard for me to concentrate at times and I slur my words. That's all. Please don't tell me I'm dying.
