Hi I Have Been Experiencing Dizziness When Changing Positions Consistently

Hi I have been experiencing dizziness when changing positions consistently for the last month and loss of balance . The duration is short about 2 minutes then I normalize. But tonight I was driving home and saw light ribbons from the highway lights and they didn't resolve after rubbing my eyes. I fear that I am having a neurological disorder. Have you seen these symptoms in conjunction before?
