Hi I Have Been Experiencing Etreme Tiredness For Over A

Hi I have been experiencing etreme tiredness for over a month now, dull headache, pain in muscles & body, feeling bloated and nauseas, bad taste in mouth every morning and always thirsty at night, constipation even though I drink a lot of water and eat regularly, experienced a little of conjunctivitis in my eyes too
