Hi I Have Been Experiencing Inner Hip Pain On My

Hi I have been experiencing inner hip pain on my right hip. When I get up from sitting the pain is severe and I cant hardly stand on that leg. Once I take a step or two the severe pain goes away and I can walk. Is this coming rom my back where I have had pinched nerves etc or is it the hip itself
