Hi I Have Been Experiencing Muscle Weakness In Both Arms

Hi I have been experiencing muscle weakness in both arms at the same time. It will start with both of my arms feeling like they are going to sleep and they get real heavy feeling. I have no past medical history. I take no prescription medication. I take an occasinal aspirin for a headache.
