Hi, I Have Been Experiencing Mussle Soreness And Joint Pain

Hi, I have been experiencing mussle soreness and joint pain for the past month. It came on suddenly. The joint pain is hips and knees only. The mussle sore/stiffness is mostly Thighs. It isn't too bad when I wake up but is bad during the day especially after sitting for extended periods of time. Any thoughts?
