Hi I Have Been Experiencing Pain Upper Left Quadrant Just

Hi I have been experiencing pain upper left quadrant just under the ribs which sometimes radiates to the back. I'm 49 year old male 240 lbs and 5'9". I'm pretty active capt of a technical rescue team. This pain has gotten worse over the past few months. No problems with my digestive system and hx of hypertension.
