Hi, I Have Been Feeling A Little Fullness Below My

Hi, I have been feeling a little fullness below my ear for the last few hours but just dismissed it because I was busy. I just now noticed an egg sized swelling below the ear and just on the jaw where it joins the ear. No pain just swelling. Any clues?
