Hi I Have Been Feeling Generally Unwell For The Last

Hi I have been feeling generally unwell for the last 4/7 days, had a cough, cold, was very lethargic, my tongue was very sore nd tender, couldnot eat or drink anything as it was sore and now today my tongue feels heavy and swollen. Its making it harder for me to breathe, what do you think it might be
