Hi I Have Been Feeling Lightheaded And Dizzy For A

Hi I have been feeling lightheaded and dizzy for a long time but in the last couple of weeks the simptoms are get much worse especially when I bend my head down I also experience shap pain in my hears and sometimes my ears feel like they are wet inside. I know I have Synus problems caused by allergies but the over the counter remedies don't seem to work anymore what shall I do I have seen my GP but she did nothing about I only been prescribed some antidepressant and steam inhaletion again nothing seem to work and I'm getting worse to the point that I am scared to go out on my own or drive.
